Wallace & White started with a simple observation: the small and mid-sized businesses that form the backbone of Southwest Ohio were fighting the same technology battles as Fortune 500 companies, but without the resources, staff, or vendor relationships to win them.
Robert White spent years solving endpoint management and cybersecurity problems inside Fortune 100 corporations, Global 2000 enterprises, and the United States military and Department of Defense — environments where a misconfiguration is not an inconvenience but a national security risk. Samuel Wallace built his career in IT operations and cybersecurity, becoming the person leadership turned to when they needed someone who could evaluate the big picture, implement smart technical solutions, and manage cost and risk without cutting corners.
They kept seeing the same pattern: a 50-person manufacturer relying on one overwhelmed internal IT person. A law firm paying a break-fix shop to show up after the damage was done.
